Article Guidelines & Standards
To ensure consistency and quality, please follow these guidelines when submitting:
- Original Content Only — Your article must be unique, unpublished elsewhere and free from plagiarism.
- Length — Minimum 800 words. For deeper, more comprehensive articles, 1,500–2,000 words is ideal.
- Quality & Readability — Use clear, well-structured English. Write in an informative, friendly tone; avoid overly promotional or salesy language.
- Formatting — Use clear headings (H1, H2, H3), short paragraphs, bullet points or numbered lists where suitable to improve readability.
- SEO & Structure — Include a descriptive title, sub-headings, and if possible one or two contextual backlinks (e.g. to authoritative external sources or other relevant articles). Avoid keyword stuffing or unnatural links.
- Links & External References — If including links, make sure they’re relevant and add value. Avoid link-spam, overly promotional links, or linking to unrelated/spammy content.
- Images / Visuals (Optional but Recommended) — If you use images, diagrams or infographics — ensure they are properly licensed (or your own), relevant, and enhance the article’s value. Including visuals can improve readability and engagement.
- Accuracy & Original Research, if Applicable — Whenever possible include real examples, data, legal/regulatory references, or practical tips — especially important if you discuss laws, procedures, or investment finance. This improves credibility.
